High levels of student satisfaction have been revealed in the 2019 UCL International Pre-Master's end-of-course survey.

  • 84% of IPM students surveyed were satisfied with the course overall.
  • 92% agreed that the IPM has helped develop their English language skills.
  • 86% thought the course has helped develop their academic skills.

Simon Burrell, IPM Course Coordinator, was delighted with the levels of satisfaction in the survey and believed this was due to a number of changes, including more tutor input and support for group tasks and the development of new content in 'Public Policy & Political Science' and 'Maths & Computer Science' for the discipline-specific classes in module 3.

He said: "after 4 years running the IPM, the teaching team has developed considerable experience and expertise in delivering a programme of this kind. I am sure that this creates a greater degree of confidence which is reflected in the nature and quality of the input in the classroom."
