International Pre-Master's
The International Pre-Master's (IPM) is a preparation course for international students aiming to study a Master's here at UCL or at another top UK university.
The IPM provides you with both the English language and academic skills you need to thrive in your Master's degree, enabling you to communicate effectively in your future subject area.
Is the IPM for me?
The IPM is for you, if:
- You're ready to start a 9-month programme in September 2024
- You demonstrate a strong academic background by having a minimum of a lower second-class degree (2:2) or an overseas equivalent
- You have an IELTS score of 5.5
- You'd like to improve your academic English and academic skills in an area relating to your future Master's degree.
