Registration

The deadline for registration for both abstracts and attendence is 1st July, although it would be helpful if this is completed much earlier (payment deadline 17th July, i.e. payment can be made in person at our next MCC meeting, either by cash, cheque or credit card). Late registration (up to 23rd July, may incure an additional small charge). Delegates are encouraged to sort out accommodation ASAP in order to secure the best deals! In order to help us delegate some of the work required to organise this meeting, please carefully follow the instructions below:

Registration for each Group

Each group leader (three letters of whose name is used in the account code e05-theme-***) should email me a completed copy of this form (or delegate this task, but please get this person to CC you) by July 1st. If no one from your group is able to attend, please can you also drop me an email saying so. Although we have some funds to support this event, we still need to make a small charge:

  • Committee Members - free

  • Advisory Panel Members - free

  • Invited Speakers - free

  • All other members - £60/person

Registration includes a conference meal; refreshments at coffee time and at the poster session; and buffet lunch. I will invoice each group after the deadline and hope to receive payment from you by July 17th. Note that there will be a limited number of places (e.g. the conference meal seats a maximum of 120).

Abstracts for Oral Presentations or Posters

We would like 3 or 4 20-minute oral presentations for each theme (see previous programmes). Those who would like to either present a 20 minute talk or present their work as a poster (maximum size AO portrait) then please send a one page abstract (using one of the templates - click on "Abstracts" in the left hand panel) to me before July 1st. Please indicate in the header of the email whether you would like "Only a Talk", "Only a Poster", "Prefer a Talk" or "Prefer a Poster".

Thank you.

Scott
