UCLH’s much-anticipated Celebrating Research Open Day is back! Join us on Thursday 3 July 2025, 1pm to 4.30pm, where patients, staff and the public will have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge research and innovation happening across UCLH and UCL.

The event will feature 50 interactive stalls, giving teams the chance to showcase their incredible research and technological advancements. The day will also include hospital tours, talks for local schools and activities designed to engage and inspire.

Get involved: Apply for a stall

Research teams are now invited to apply for a stall and be part of this exciting event. This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Engage with patients, the public and colleagues
  • Inspire future researchers and healthcare professionals
  • Promote participation in clinical trials and studies
  • Demonstrate cutting-edge techniques and technologies

We are looking for stalls that are:

  • As interactive and engaging as possible
  • about research or innovation that is UCLH and UCL-based
  • run by researchers and their teams

If you'd like to host a stall, please complete the Stallholder Application Form, deadline 5pm, 21 March.

We will be reviewing all applications and looking for high levels of interactivity.

UCLH’s Chief Executive, Board Chair, and Director of Research will tour the event and select winners for the 'Best Stall Awards'.
