New explainer video on combined review

It is aimed at applicants and research teams involved in making applications for clinical trials of medicines or combined medicine/device studies.

Combined review – in place since January 2022 – is where investigators submit one application for both Clinical Trial Authorisation and Research Ethics Committee opinion. It is designed to reduce study set up times and offer a single application route.
