Funding and access to patients for remote PPI

• The BRC has set up a network of patients who are happy to get involved remotely in inputting into research and who have already been given advice on using zoom and skype.
• Our bursary panel has agreed to put aside some money for researchers needing help with remote PPI costs. Possible use of money includes purchasing Zoom or other online platforms; design help with digital media to recruit and involve people; or any costs linked to forming new patient groups to input specifically into Covid-19 research.
