The UCL Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science run a series of conferences which are open to all and include the International Crime and Intelligence Analysis Conference, the International Crime Science Conference and the National Environmental Crime Conference. The International Crime and Intelligence Analysis Conference replaces the National Crime Mapping Conference that was held from 2002 - 2010.

These conferences aim to showcase the latest research and practice, bringing together practitioners, academics and policy-makers to discuss how scientific research can be translated into real-world impact, and to illustrate examples of practice.
