Whether you're experiencing technical difficulties, need help with software installations or require equipment, our Technical Operations team are here to offer support and solutions.

- Returning or disposing of old equipment and laptops
Bring items to the collection address at Bidborough House during operating hours for proper recycling or secure disposal.
Please note - we are based alongside OneDesk IT staff. For other IT related issues, such as password resets or similar concerns, these can be handled by OneDesk colleagues on a walk-in basis.
This service is currently being delivered as a trial. We will await feedback and usage before rolling it out as a full service.

How to request equipment
To request a laptop or IT item, please submit a form. You will need a PTA code for cross-charging.
