How to guides
We’ve created “How to” guides for all our key services. Use the search bar below to find what you are looking for or search by category. If you can’t find anything helpful then contact the Service Desk for assistance.
If you are a student or member of staff at the Institute of Education (IOE) then there is a section of the website dedicated to the IT services available to you.
The Turnitin Service was temporarily unavailable between 5pm-7.30pm on Thursday 19th January. Turnitin tell us that the problems have now been resolved – their status pages are at http://www.turnitin.com/self-service/system-status.html.
Resolutions can often be hard to keep but this is simple - you only have to do it once and it will make your life so much easier?
UCL's Digital Presence team in ISD are working with digital agency Precedent to carry out research into the digital experience of UCL staff and students. The research will feed into our planning for a new digital interface delivering improved access to tools, services and information. We are using a range of user research methodologies to engage with all UCL groups.
As part of the staff research, we would like to learn about your current experience of using UCL digital services. Please complete this short survey which should take no longer than ten minutes. Many thanks for your feedback.
