Getting Help for UCL Administrative Systems

Introduction

Management Systems provides support cover for the following systems between 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm unless specified otherwise. Please ensure that you use the correct phone number or e-mail list when contacting us to ensure that you get the right help.

CMIS and Timetabling

CMIS is the repository for timetable data and most departments will have designated Timetablers who maintain their departmental data. CMIS is also the primary tool used by Room Bookings staff to manage centrally bookable rooms.

Data from CMIS is used to populate the Room Bookings website and the Online Timetable.

CMIS is supported from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. Contact details are as follows:
