Registration for the Services System

Information on UPI

The Services System is available for use by UCL departments. There are several levels of access:

  • Departmental Administrator: This allows users to create visitor records and request and maintain services for their department(s). Services include - computer accounts, library access, telephone registrations as well as ID cards for visitors.
  • Computer Rep: This allows users to request and maintain UCL computer accounts for their department.
  • Telecoms Rep: This allows users to request and maintain telephone numbers and extensions for their department.

To obtain access to the Services System, complete the Services System registration form available here. Please read the instructions on completing the form and make sure that your Head of Department has signed it. Completed forms should be returned to Management Systems.
