What is Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM):
UCL’s Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) system uses EMC’s Documentum software. An EDRM System is a catalogue of documents and records with a method for storing associated data to the document as well as hosting the electronic version file itself.
The system’s two pilot departments are Research Services and Registry. Following the implementation of these departments the system will be rolled out to further departments.

Support for users of the EDRM is available via an online form. This will report the problem to your departmental superuser.
