Teams Calling

With Teams Calling you are able to make and receive your external telephone calls using your UCL telephone number on any device no matter where you are, so long as you are logged in to your Microsoft Teams account.

VOIP handset

Cisco Handsets

Voice over IP (Internet Protocol)  is a voice service connecting telephone handsets via the data network, making use of the existing data infrastructure and resilience that has been built into UCL's networking services

How do I obtain a new extension?

Please fill out the New Extension form. For urgent extension queries, please contact IT Services on itservices@ucl.ac.uk or 020 7679 5000.

How do I obtain a Cisco handset?

An eIDT has to be raised with our IT Purchasing team. Once processed, our team will assist with the configuration and installation if required. More information can be found here.

How do I edit my details on the UCL Directory?

If you are a member of staff, you can check and update your own Directory details using the Directory Preferences Self-Service page. More information can be found here.

For other queries, contact IT Services and specify that you have a Directory correction query.

  • Order has not arrived
  • Welcome pack email has not been received
  • Portal password has not been received
  • User billing is incorrect
  • User leaves UCL or changes name
  • Hardware/SIM card/network fault
