Office 365
UCL students and staff can obtain a copy of Office 365s at no cost. Office 365 includes the latest version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more.
You can install on up to 5 compatible PCs and Macs, plus 5 tablets (including iPad).

Student software
This software is available from UCL.onthehub.
Windows 10 for Free
Students can access Windows 10 Education for free.
Azure Dev tools
Other Microsoft software is made available through Azure dev Tools for Teaching and Learning to Staff and students. This software should only be used for academic and Research purposes. Use your UCL credentials to log in:
Microsoft Learn
Microsoft Learn is a free, online training platform that provides interactive learning for Microsoft products and more.
Staff software for Personal machines
Staff can get discounted Microsoft software from the hub for their personal machines for work use although we recommend using the office 365 download at the top of this page:
UCL on the hub includes Office 2016, Windows 10, Office for Mac and Project.
You must save the download and key in a safe place as it can not be recovered and you can only purchase once for each product.
This software is not to be used on UCL machines.
