This page has links to a number of how to guides explaining how print from your computer or mobile device and how to customise your print output.
print@UCL is a ‘Pull Print’ service. All Print jobs are sent to one central queue and can then be printed from any print@UCL anywhere at UCL. When you touch your ID card on the card reader on the device you will be presented with the options to Print, Scan or Copy on the touch screen. When you select the Print options all queued jobs are displayed. You can select those to print, delete or to retain in the queue.
Please note that before you can print using the print@UCL service you will need to ensure you have access to the print@UCL print queue on your machine.

Unable to print/see your print job on the device?
If you have sent a print job to the print@UCL device, but it does not appear then this could be because your password failed.
Have you recently changed your UCL password?
If you have recently changed your main UCL password then you may find that you are unable to print. Don't worry this is fairly easy to fix; you just need to update your credentials on your machine, to allow your print jobs to be sent to print@UCL queue. For Windows 7 users you can do this by updating your 'Windows Credentials'. Mac users will need to update their keychain.

For all other operating systems you will need connect your computer to the print@UCL print queue
Please note: if you are printing via desktop@UCL, WTS or ADS services then your password credentials will be updated automatically.
