Office Hours appointments

Book a digital skills Office Hours appointment

Digital skills Office Hours appointments are:

• Open to all UCL staff and students. 
• Run by digital skills trainers. Please visit our Courses by theme pages to see the full range of topics and courses.
• Available during term time only
• Hosted on Microsoft Teams

Appointments are not one-on-one training or IT support. We can answer specific questions, troubleshoot issues or point you to training courses or resources for self-study.

If something isn't working properly and it is a service or device managed by UCL Information Services Division you should contact  ISD IT Services.

How to cancel your Office Hours Appointment

1. Open the Digital Skills Office hours appointment in your Outlook Calendar
2. Click Manage Booking
3. Select 'Cancel booking', and 'Cancel booking' again when asked to confirm

Dissertation and thesis clinics

Digital Skills Development and Library Skills run six weekly dissertation and thesis clinics throughout July and August each year.

Additional support for reserach staff and students

ARC and the Research Data Management team in Library Services run regular drop-in sessions for all research staff and research students where you can get support and advice to help plan and tackle problems with your research.
