We currently have a centrally operated Video Conferencing facility on the Bloomsbury campus located:

• South Wing, Video Collaboration Suite: The room holds up to 6 people

How to book a Video conference

If you wish to book the South Wing VC Suite email: ISD Videocon for details.

For us to complete the booking please provide the following information:

• Date/Time you require?
• What service you require (IP, Vscene, Skype)
• If you would like to make an IP Video Conference or Vscene, who will be hosting the call i.e. who is calling who?
• Organise an IDT (or Purchase Order) for covering the costs if the VC service is required outside of the normal UCL working day (9.00am to 5.00pm)
• Are you planning a multi-site VC?
