Having an issue with computer or AV equipment in a computer workroom or lecture theatre?
If you experience an issue with a computer, AV equipment (projector) or print, copy and scan device in a computer workroom then you you can use the phone in the room to call the service desk by dialing 25000. If you are in the DMS Watson Science Library then you can visit the Service Desk.
Every room has a telephone with a pre-programmed button to call the Service Desk.
- Once location and nature of issue are confirmed a technician will be dispatched.
- Service Desk will then continue to seek issue resolution via call.
- Technician call out cancelled if there is a successful resolution via the call.
