Having an issue with computer or AV equipment in a computer workroom or lecture theatre?

Computer workrooms

If you experience an issue with a computer, AV equipment (projector) or print, copy and scan device in a computer workroom then you can use the phone in the room to call the IT Services by dialing 25000. If you are in the DMS Watson Science Library then you can visit the IT Services.

Lecture theatres

Every room has a telephone with a pre-programmed button to call the IT Services.

• Once location and nature of issue are confirmed a technician will be dispatched.
• IT Services will then continue to seek issue resolution via call.
• Technician call out cancelled if there is a successful resolution via the call.
