UCL eduroam Wi-Fi service issues - resolved (updated 22 May)

We are please to say that the eduroam Wi-Fi network is running normally across all UCL sites. (Updated 22 May 3:00pm)

We are please to say that the campus eduroam Wi-Fi network is functioning normally across all UCL sites and you should be able to connect as usual.
If you have any issues please report using regular channels such as by raising a ticket via MyServices.
Update 20 May 17: 30 BST
Our ISD teams have successfully implemented resolutions for issues which recently caused intermittent access to our eduroam Wi-Fi network. Now that the network is running normally, we will nevertheless continue to monitor performance closely for the remainder of this week.
Tips on authenticating to eduroam, if required
For any users who experience any challenges authenticating to eduroam, we recommend that you delete eduroam from the wifi networks showing as available on your device (using the ‘forget the network option’) and then reinstate it. Further information on authentication.
