Beware of scam emails targeting students for fee payments

We are aware of emails circulating that claim some students’ accounts will be suspended, as well as others requesting fee payments.

These emails are not legitimate. Please do not make any payments in response and do not reply to them. 

Please note that the only route for students to make a payment to UCL is via our payment partner Flywire.

What you need to do now:

1. If you have clicked on any link in response to one of these emails, then please change your password as soon as possible by clicking here. 
2. If you received one of these emails, please report it to us via MyServices. This will help us take appropriate action.

Our teams are continously monitoring this situation and taking action to resolve any issues.
