This issue has now been resolved

AV Out of Hours Assistance. (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8.30am and 5pm to 8pm)

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the out-of-hours AV support phone lines, as the pre-programmed button on the phones is not functioning properly.

Unified voice are working on getting them fixed but if you require assistance, please call us directly at 020 3108 1972.
