To ensure the smooth running of WISEflow (AssessmentUCL), scheduled maintenance and updates will take place at set times throughout the year.

During these updates, the platform will be temporarily unavailable. The dates are shared below and are also available in this Knowledge Article in MyServices:

When is WISEflow Unavailable?

WISEflow will be offline on the following Friday evenings in 2025:

Friday, 2 May (Week 18)
Friday, 13 June (Week 24)
Friday, 25 July (Week 30)
Friday, 5 September (Week 36)
Friday, 24 October (Week 43)
Friday, 5 December (Week 49)

Updates will always take place on Friday evenings to minimise disruption.

What this means for you as a member of staff or student

Faculty – Avoid scheduling assessments, coursework deadlines, or exams on or near these dates to prevent disruption.
Students – WISEflow will be unavailable on these Friday evenings, so make sure to submit coursework and complete any necessary tasks in advance.
