Network Issues - 12th June 2025 3:30pm

On 12th June at approximately 3:30 pm, we experienced a short unplanned outage on the UCL network, impacting connectivity to several services.  The outage lasted for 20 minutes, with full service being restored around 3:50 pm, and we are confident there will be no further disruptions.  We apologise for any inconvenience, and will be performing a full investigation into the root cause.
