Update 24/2 Resolved: Problems logging in to the Research Data Repository

Update 24 February 2025

This issue has now been resolved. Apologies for the disruption caused.

A number of users have reported being unable to log in to the UCL Research Data Repository. Users can search the Repository and download data, but not deposit any new data.

Figshare, the vendor, is aware of the issue and working to fix it. We do not yet have an estimated time for full service restoration but hope to update as soon as possible with a resolution.

We apologise for any inconvensience caused.
