Application access restrictions on the UCL Application Store - 7 February 2025

This change aims to boost security, ensure software compliance, and create an improved user experience. You will no longer be able to launch applications from personal or non-desktop@ucl computers.

Looking Ahead: Greater Flexibility Coming Soon

We know that accessing UCL software from personal devices is important for work flexibility. Over the next few months, some applications will be ready for direct use on personal devices and non-desktop@UCL computers. The available applications, subject to licensing agreements and security requirements, will be introduced gradually, with details to follow soon.

For now, please use desktop@UCL and desktop@UCL Anywhere to access your applications.
