We understand the impact this has on staff and students, and we are doing everything we can to bring these services back online as quickly as possible. We’ll provide a further update on Monday, 4 November via our news channels.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

We’d like to remind staff that students have been directed to the RegisterUCL app as an alternative for timetable viewing to reduce disruption to schedules (see update below).

Our teams are working hard to investigate the systems affected to restore full services as soon as possible. As part of this work, we’re also implementing measures to prevent similar issues in the future.

Thank you for your continued patience as we work on a resolution to this issue. We will keep you updated on our progress and notify you when the affected services have been restored.

Update: 9:30am, 30 October 2024

Further to yesterdays notification about CMIS and CMIS Go the Online Timetable is also unavailable. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

ISD are investigating an issue that is affecting users from being able to connect to CMIS (Timetabling application), which has also resulted in an outage of CMIS Go (Room Bookings application).

We will provide further information as soon as more details are available, or when the issue is resolved.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
