Resolved: Issue with Outlook Web Access (OWA) - 1 October 2020

The email service is recovering and access should be restored for most users.
We have received reports this morning that Outlook on the web (OWA) is down or at least very slow to access. Other methods of email access should be unaffected (e.g. via mobile or using the Outlook client). The problem may not affect every mailbox.
This issue is not specific to UCL and we will let you know more as soon as we have an update.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused whilst we investigate this matter with our vendor.
