Update 15 May 10:30am: Resolved: Disruption to a number of UCL services 4-4:45pm 14 May 2020

All UCL IT services are working normally again following yesterdays disruption. The root cause of the issue has been identified and actions are being taken to reduce the likelihood of any reoccurrence. Once again, apologies for the disruption caused.


We experienced a disruption to a number of UCL IT services this afternoon between approximately 4-4:45pm including Moodle and Portico.

All services have now been restored. We are working to determine the root cause of the issue and will provide a further update tomorrow (15 May 2020)
