Print@UCL mobile print delay

We are pleased to confirm that the backlog with Mobile print has been cleared and the service is now operating as expecting. The service will be monitored over the rest of the day. We apologise for the inconvenience this issue may have caused.

We are currently experiencing problems with the mobile print service when users send a print job from their mobile device. The service is currently operating on a delay, please don’t resubmit your email while the backlog is catching up. If you need a print job delivered quickly it may be better to use the desktop services while this delay is ongoing.
