Resolved, Problems with Print@UCL mobile print: 22 October 2018

We are pleased to advise that the Mobile print back log has been cleared and the service is now operating as expected. We will continue to monitor this throughout the day.

We are currently experiencing problems with the mobile print service when users send a print job from their mobile device. Print queues have built up over the weekend and are taking some time to clear. 

We are investigating this and working to clear the backlog as soon as possible. If you need a print job delivered quickly it may be better to use the desktop services while this delay is ongoing.
