Issues with contacting the ISD Service from a Gmail account

Please be aware that we are experiencing issues with emails sent from the ISD Service Desk to some Gmail accounts.
If you have contacted us from a Gmail account and have not received a response, please contact us by phone.
We are working on a solution to the problem and will post a further notice when this has been implemented. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
