Update: Friday 1 December

 Desktop @ UCL Anywhere issue is now resolved  and has been tested to be working ok.  We apologise for any disruption caused.

We have received notification of some attempts at connecting to the Desktop @ UCL Anywhere service failing or taking some time to load.

This is being investigated at present and we will update this article as soon as we have a further update.
