AV & Media Services and Future Media
AV Team

We provide teaching room support for ~ 80 centrally bookable spaces within the IOE, along with general AV support for the local departments within the IOE.

Media Services Team

We provide a wide range of services, from filming events and lectures, streaming of events, editing and the transfer of media, through to USB duplication and video conferencing facilities.

Future Media

We provide support for the Future Media course, specialising in Virtual Reality technologies, Game Design and Media Arts .

Desktop Support
  • Vacant, IT Services Manager

The Desktop Support Team look after all the desktops, laptops, local printers and telephones in the Institute. This includes all IT purchasing (software and hardware), installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting all the equipment.

Research IT & Research Information Governance team

This team is headed up by the Head of IOE Research IT who is responsible for coordinating research IT activities across IOE.
