Update your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) details

Instructions

1. To update your MFA settings, access the Microsoft 365 portal. Once signed in select your display picture within the top right corner (or labelled as 'Account manager for [your account name - e.g. Bloggs, Joe]'). Select view account.

2. The Microsoft My Account menu will be displayed. Beneath Security info, select Update info.

3. The My Sign-Ins window will be displayed with the Security info tab open. Select Change to update your details.

4. Update your details and authentication method and select Next to confirm your changes. Follow the steps to confirm the new authentication details.
