Show/hide Bcc field in Outlook 2016 for Windows
You can hide recipients names by using the Bcc Field in Outlook 2016.
The Bcc field does not automatically display in Outlook 2016. This guide explains how to switch it on.
Instructions
In a New Message window:
1. Click on the Options tab at the top of the new message. Now select the Bcc button.

The Bcc field should now remain for all new messages.
