Moving email in Outlook Web Access (OWA)
Learn how to move your messages from one folder to another.
Before you start...
Check your browser compatibility to ensure you meet the minimum requirements for using OWA.
1. Right-click the email/s and select Move.
2. A list of recently used folders within your account will appear. Select the required folder and the message will be moved to the chosen destination. If the folder you require isn't visible from the provided list, select All folders and choose the correct folder from the full folder list.
Tip: Hold down the shift key to select multiple adjacent messages, or the Ctrl key to select multiple non-adjacent messages.
Tip: You can also move mail from one folder to another by dragging the email you want to move and dropping it into the desired folder.
