How to update your keychain for Print@UCL using Mac OS X

This guide explains how to update your keychain entry for Print@UCL when you change your UCL password.

Before you start...

• You will need an Apple Mac computer running Mac OS X and connected to the internet
• These instructions are based on Mac OS X 15 (Sequoia)

Instructions

Note: When your UCL password expires/changes you must enter the new password.

From OS X 15 (Sequoia) onwards Keychain is no longer found in Launchpad or Applications the following instructions give the simplest way to access and update your Keychain.

1. Press Command ⌘ + Space bar to open Spotlight search
2. Type Keychain in the search box                                                 
   
3. Click on Keychain Access
4. Click Open Keychain Access on the popup                               
   
5. Search for the print-UCL entry within the list.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
   
6. Double click the Print-UCL entry                                                                     
   
7. Click Show Password and update the entry with your new UCL password 
   
8. Click Save Changes
