Turn off/on Conversation View in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Instructions

To disable Conversation View

1. In Mail view, click on Settings (visible as a cog wheel icon) within the top-right corner.
2. Beneath Conversation view (you may need to scroll down this menu), select Off.

To enable Conversation View

1. In Mail view, click on Settings (visible as a cog wheel icon) within the top-right corner.
2. Beneath Conversation view (you may need to scroll down this menu), select Newest messages on top or Newest messages at the bottom.
