Learn how to unpublish content in Drupal.

Unpublish content in Drupal 

Only Web Content Managers and Site Owners are able to unpublish content.

If you are a Contributor you will need to ask your Web Content Manager or Site Owner to unpublish content for you.

To unpublish your content you need to:

1. log in to your site

2. click on 'content' on the menu along the top of your website

3. in the content list find or search for the content you want to unpublish

4. once you have found the content you wish to unpublish tick the box on left 

5. go to the operations drop down and select unpublish and then click the 'execute' button 

6. your content should now be unpublished and no longer available to view on the website
