Create a Contact Group (local distribution list) in Thunderbird
Here you will learn to set up a local (or personal) distribution list where you can manage your own list of members.

Instructions
1. On the Navigation Pane at the top of the screen, select Address Book.

2. Click on the New List button to create a new contact group.

3. Fill in the necessary details to create your contact group.
- For the Add to: option, choose Personal Address Book.
- Give the mailing list a Name, Nickname and Description.
- Start adding addresses by typing them in the list, one at a time.
Once you have finish adding members, click OK.

4. Your new contact group should now be created in your Personal Address Book.
