Checking your Print@UCL credit

This guide is for students who want to learn how to check their print credit account.

Before you start...

• You will need access to a computer/device connected to the internet
• You will need your UCL ID card which should have already been registered with Print @ UCL

Instructions

When you use a Print @ UCL device, your print credit is shown in the top right hand side of the screen.

You can also check how much credit you have in your account online by logging into the print account web page: Print Account.

Note: A pop-up window will appear with a login prompt - use: "AD\" followed by your UCL USER ID (e.g. ad\ccaixxx) and UCL password to login.

When you print/copy/scan, the payment will be debited from your quota in the following order:

1. Free Quota (printing credit automatically allocated to you by ISD)
2. User Purchased Quota (printing credit paid for by you)
