How to access the new service

Access to the new service is via a new URL.

1. Open your Citrix Workspace App (CWA)

2. Search for accounts in CWA settings or preferences.

3. When you click on the settings or preferences areas, you should see an account showing 'store.'

Please note that this could differ depending on whether you have other accounts to Citrix services. Once you have selected 'store' delete the account.
