Creating PDF files from Microsoft Word

Step 1: Open your Word document

Step 2: Navigate to 'File' and then click on the Save As button.

Step 3: Click on 'Browse'

Step 4: Next, select where you would like to save the file. Then click on the option for File Type. Choose 'PDF' from the list and then click on 'Save'.

Your document will be saved in your chosen location as a PDF document.
