Staff may borrow equipment from the Audio Visual Centre's loan stock for use in teaching or research on a short term basis. Students may also borrow equipment where their course makes it necessary, however the equipment must be be booked by a Staff sponsor or their course tutor.
Staff wishing to book Audio Visual equipment for short term loan may do so by visiting the UCL SiSo Booking Portal. Borrowers must take responsibility for the equipment and indemnify the Audio Visual Centre for loss or damage. There is no charge for equipment loans for academic purposes.

Please note commencing 27th July 2015 we will be operating an Opening and Closing time policy for Audio Visual Collections and Returns. There will be one AM and one PM Collection/Return slot per day.
