The Extended Leadership Team (ELT) is a forum where the leaders of the organisation come together once a month to discuss important topics such as strategy, culture, opportunities and challenges.
The ELT:
- Steers the digital arm of UCL with strategic acumen, in step with the university's overarching ambitions.
- Builds bridges within the institution, championing a collaborative ethos for tackling the challenges of tomorrow.
- Fosters a culture of innovation, where leadership is synonymous with forward-thinking.
- Identifies opportunities for institutional enhancement, and celebrates our collective achievements.
- Serves as a forum for developing leadership capabilities, as well as growth opportunities.
- Upholds the values that define UCL, including our embrace of diversity.
