This page lists the senior ISD staff and their roles and responsibilities across all ISD services.

ITSO

IT Service and Operations (ITSO) department which manages the infrastructure, data platforms and enterprise applications which underpin UCL's central IT services. This includes the physical and IT infrastructure (Data centres, communication hub rooms, on-premise and cloud compute, networks and desktop and mobile management), the Data Platforms (databases, telephony, collaboration platforms, reporting and platforms hosting the student records and admissions and finance/HR systems), Deskside and Audiovisual support services and overall Service Management and Assurance. There are four functions, each led by a Director.

Services are now offered out of multi-disciplinary Product and Platform teams. The personnel listed here are those that are responsible for the services listed, though there are many others involved in developing and delivering these services.

Customer Operations deliver and manage the IT people use while at work, this includes laptops, desktops, Audio Visual equipment and physical networks.
