Lloyd Naylor – Customer Operations General Manager

Customer Operations deliver and manage the IT people use while at work, this includes laptops, desktops, Audio Visual equipment and physical networks.

Mohammed Aufogul – Head of Technical Design and Delivery
  • Proactive planning of ISD Customer Operations resources to deliver ISD projects
  • Development and governance of the technical designs for AV and Networks
Jamey Khan Lawrence – Head of Technical Operations
  • Desktop support for Professional Services staff
  • Support for centrally managed learning and teaching facilities incl approx 60 lecture theatres
  • Set up and support of edge switches, wireless access points and cabling infrastructure across the UCL estate

Mike Haward – Business Services General Manager

  • Business Services provides support for the administrative software applications that underpin the core UCL activities of teaching, research, and professional services.  Business Services is comprised of six groups and each group is comprised of two or three teams

David Cooper – Infrastructure Services General Manager

Mandy Silk – Head of Network Platforms

  • Responsible for ensuring the IT needs of the Faculty are met in the most effective and cost efficient way while maintaining quality and performance with current services
  • Promote central ISD IT services within the faculty

David Goddard – Acting Head of IT Service Partnerships
  • Works with Heads of Faculty IT, Research IT Facilitators and Digital Education Advisory Team to:
    • Promote and advise on the current catalogue of services
    • Manage unmet requirement by either aligning them to existing services or proposing new services
    • Manage feedback so that service can be improved
    • Foster and improve the relationship between ISD and our customers, so that we can better their IT needs
