Resilience is a combination of personal characteristics and skills. Resilience skills are practical and can be learned and developed through training. Some characteristics associated with higher levels of resilience are inherent in our personalities. However, resilience skills can be used to help us adapt our natural style and tendencies. The workplace presents situations that can test our resilience, and we will all respond in different ways to this.

The key aim of this workshop is to help prepare us with the skills to boost our resilience, enabling us to cope and respond positively to a variety of situations at work and in our personal lives. These techniques can be applied now and in the future, so this learning is a life skill.

Please note this session is aimed specifically at non-managers.

Places are limited, so please book now to avoid disappointment!
