The third in our Master Classes in Educational Technology series is given by Dr Bandar Alzahrani, PhD in Educational Technology at the University of Plymouth. The class is open to staff and students at UCL and Moorfields.

This class will give an insight into how Social Media platforms can be used for learning and teaching, including examples of best practice.

For many learners and educators, social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook have become platforms for learning. In doing so, they have expanded educators’ capacity to provide students with more authentic opportunities to engage with experts, provide feedback to each another and collaborate with peers around the world.
