Queen Square Library Survey 2011

2011 User Survey

What did the survey involve?

In September 2011 the Queen Square Library asked library users for feedback on the library and its services. A list of the survey questions is available. The survey was open from 1-19 September 2011 and was available both online and in printed form (forms were available in the library). We advertised the survey using email, our websites, flyers & posters. If you were not able to respond to the survey, please don't hesitate to contact us with your feedback about Library services. Feedback is always welcome.

Who replied?

In total there were 79 replies, from a range of our library users, including staff & students of the UCL Institute of Neurology (IoN) and staff based at the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery (NHNN). The total target population was 2156 and replies represented 3.66% of that population. 56 replies were from our higher education users (6.69% of the 837 staff & students at IoN replied) and 23 replies were from our NHS users (1.74% of the 1319 staff at NHNN replied).
