The Migraine Trust
The Trust provides a helpline, newsletter, information service, and local support groups.

International headache society (US site)
Its purpose is to advance headache science, education and management, and to promote headache awareness worldwide.

Brain and Spine Foundation

Neurological Alliance
Collective voice for 80 organisations, including stroke and brain injury.
